Michelle Rivera is not your average
momma. She has spent much of her life in front of an audience, whether she
was singing, dancing, or acting in musical theatre, Michelle always knew
since she was a little girl that she was meant to thrive in the world of
entertainment.
Michelle was bitten by the TV Hosting
bug years ago and had the opportunity to report, fill-in co-host, segment
produce, and write on an entertainment/lifestyle cable TV show, 'Around the
Town' for Altitude Sports and Entertainment in Denver, Colorado. Her on-air
work for the show garnered her a 2008 Heartland Chapter Regional Emmy Award.
In addition Michelle also became the online host and producer for Altitude's
Broadband Television.
As a fairly new mom to an extremely
active toddler, Michelle is no stranger to the challenges of staying
fabulous and balanced, while trying to raise an adorable little A-Lister
(don't we all believe our children are on the A List)? She was determined
to prove to herself that becoming a mom did not mean that she had to resign
her passion for entertainment or celebrity/pop culture. As a result 'Mommyhood
to Hollywood' was born.
Michelle believes celebrity moms like
Sandra Bullock, Bethenny Frankel, and Salma Hayek have proven that mommies
can have it all. She knows that she can relate to celebrity mommas on the
red carpet, but even more importantly she can relate to everyday moms. You
don't have to be a celebrity mom to feel like one, and you can do it at a
fraction of the price!
Michelle's versatility goes beyond
mommyhood though. She is known to serve you the straight up Hollywood
Dish with her opinions on the side.
