July 2008 I recently won a Regional Emmy Award for the category of 'On-Camera Rookie of the Year.' This Emmy was for the on-air work I did on the television show 'Around the Town.' This was a tremendous honor for me and I feel very blessed for the recognition.
January 2008 I'm now the online host for Altitude Broadband Television. Go to Altitude.tv to see me host video streaming clips of all of our shows: 'One on One,' Nuggets Fast Break, Avalanche Alert, Cooking With the Avs, and much more.
November 2007 I am now the Producer for 'One on One,' a sports talk show on Altitude. See interviews with sports celebrities, such as Carmelo Anthony, Kenyon Martin, Coach Karl, and Coach Quenneville.
August 2007 You can now see me on Altitude Sports and Entertainment. Come with my friends and I as we go on all of our adventures Around The Town.
Around The Town can be seen on Altitude's channel 25 in Colorado or you can check your local listings in the 10 surrounding states within the Rocky Mountain region. Also ask your local satellite providers about Altitude; it's part of the sports package!

February 2007 I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Chopper Travaglini’s Charity Dinner. This charity event supports programs that benefit children and families in the state of Colorado. Some of the beneficiaries include Children's Hospital, Denver Public Schools, Special Olympics Colorado as well as many others. I had a great time interviewing Nuggets Head Coach George Carl, Assistant Coach Doug Moe, as well as several Nuggets and Avalanche players who were in attendance at the event. I enjoyed how many of them shared their fondest Chopper memories with me and it was also touching to hear how important it was to them to celebrate Chopper's colorful life in such an extraordinary way.
June 2005 Sergio Mora (The Latin Snake) who is also the champion boxer and winner of Mark Burnett’s show, The Contender, went head on with me in the boxing ring for a fun and interesting interview.  Okay, so Sergio says that some chick at ESPN was a better boxer than me, but I think I held my own.  By the way, Sergio is a genuine individual and I enjoyed my interview and boxing match with him. 
February 2005 Wow I had the opportunity to do an interview with Vanessa Williams, who is not only a talented actor, but also an NAACP Award Winner too.  On top of all this she is one down-to-earth woman to chat with.
